Terms of Service

Last updated: [date]

Working template reflecting how the credit model actually works. Review, adapt to your jurisdiction and fill each [placeholder] before launch. Not legal advice.

1. Who we are

FacelessContent ("the Service") is operated by [Legal name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

FacelessContent lets you generate scripts, images, voiceovers and videos using automated AI tools, and export the finished result. Features may change, improve or be discontinued over time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least [16/18] years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.

4. Credits, payment and billing

5. Right of withdrawal & refunds

For consumers in the EU: because digital content is supplied immediately upon your request, you agree that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal expires once generation begins and credits are consumed. Unused credit balances may be refundable at our discretion — contact support@facelesscontent.ai. [Adjust to your actual refund policy.]

6. Your content and ownership

You retain rights to the outputs you generate, to the extent such outputs are protectable and subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for how you use and publish your content and for ensuring it complies with the rules of any platform you upload to.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, sexualizes minors, harasses or defames others, spreads malware, or violates the usage policies of our upstream providers (OpenAI, fal.ai, ElevenLabs). We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, and upstream providers may impose their own limits or outages.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for intent, gross negligence or personal injury). [Have a lawyer tailor this clause to your jurisdiction.]

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Subscriptions can be cancelled monthly and take effect at the end of the current period.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [country/state], without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
